Vegavero Vitamin B3 provides 500 mg of nicotinamide (niacinamide) in each plant-based capsule. Nicotinamide is the flush-free form of vitamin B3. Each bottle holds 180 capsules.
Ingredients
Nicotinamide; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
How to take it
Take one capsule a day with a meal and plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
