True Nature Organic Ashwagandha capsules contain organic ashwagandha root powder (Withania somnifera), 650 mg per capsule, in a plant-based capsule shell. Ashwagandha is a herb with a long history of use in Ayurveda. At the suggested serving of 4 capsules a day, the capsules provide 2,600 mg of ashwagandha root powder.
According to True Nature, the ashwagandha is grown in India and laboratory tested there, then imported to Germany and bottled to HACCP standards. The capsules contain no magnesium stearate, sweeteners, colours or preservatives, and are vegan and free from lactose and gluten.

How to take it
