A prenatal multivitamin and mineral with folate as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate and iron as bisglycinate chelate. Folate supplementation increases maternal folate status; low folate is a risk factor for neural tube defects.
How to take it
Three capsules a day, together or split, with a meal.
Before you use it
- Do not combine with other high-dose multivitamins.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
