Each Solgar Folate tablet provides 1,333 mcg DFE of folate as 800 mcg of folic acid, a B vitamin (vitamin B9). Each bottle holds 250 tablets. Vegan and kosher, and free of gluten, wheat and dairy.
Folic acid intake is important for women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
How to take it
Take one tablet a day, following the directions on the label.
Before you use it
- Total folic acid intake should not exceed 1,000 mcg (1,667 mcg DFE) a day.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
