NOW Iron 36 mg — 90 capsules
A high-dose iron supplement: 36 mg per capsule. Iron contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
How to take it
One capsule a day, an hour before or two hours after a meal, with vitamin C (e.g. orange juice). Keep two hours apart from dairy, calcium, coffee and tea.
Before you use it
- A high dose — adult men and post-menopausal women should not take high-dose iron unless a doctor advises it.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
