Dimethylglycine, a naturally occurring derivative of the amino acid glycine that the body makes when it breaks down choline and betaine. It takes part in methylation.
How to take it
One capsule, one to three times a day. Take it earlier in the day, as it may disturb sleep if taken close to bedtime.
Before you use it
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- If you take methotrexate or have a psychiatric condition, speak to your doctor first.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
