Each tablet gives 200 mcg of selenium from two forms: sodium selenite (145 mcg) and L-selenomethionine (55 mcg). Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, L-selenomethionine, sodium selenite.
How to take it
One tablet a day, swallowed whole with enough liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose.
