A daily dose gives 500 mg of milk thistle extract standardised to 80% silymarin, 400 mg of artichoke extract (minimum 2.5% cynarin) and 100 mg of dandelion root extract.
Ingredients
Milk thistle extract (80% silymarin), artichoke extract (min. 2.5% cynarin), dandelion root extract; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
How to take it
Swallow whole with enough liquid. The label gives the number of capsules per day — do not exceed it.
