MiraLAX Laxative Powder — 14 doses
MiraLAX contains polyethylene glycol 3350, an osmotic laxative that draws water into the bowel to soften the stool. It is unflavoured and dissolves completely in hot or cold drinks. It usually produces a bowel movement in 1 to 3 days.
How to take it
Fill the cap to the line (about 17 g), stir into 4–8 oz of water, juice, coffee or tea until dissolved, and drink. Drink extra fluids through the day.
Before you use it
- If you have kidney disease, ask your doctor before use.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
