A liquid extract of Korean red ginseng roots grown for six years, blended with jujube. Each stick gives 7 mg of ginsenosides (Rg1, Rb1 and Rg3). It is caffeine-free and tastes strong and bitter.
How to take it
One stick a day, preferably in the morning — tear the top and drink from the pouch.
