Two capsules give 800 mg of TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid), a bile salt, with milk thistle, artichoke and beetroot extracts and humic and fulvic acids.
How to take it
Two capsules once a day with a meal that contains some fat.
Before you use it
- Do not take it while drinking alcohol.
- If you have a liver or gallbladder condition, see a doctor rather than self-treating.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
