    This spray is effective, but use it sparingly! Don't use 10 sprays on the whole penis; it numbs too much. 3-4 sprays on the tip only, and wait 20 minutes for foreplay. It worked wonders for me and my partner. If you're nervous, use it with delay-release condoms. It's a game-changer.
