Each capsule provides 100 mg (100,000 mcg) of d-biotin (vitamin B7) that meets USP standards. This is a very high dose, intended for use with the advice of a healthcare professional. Each bottle holds 90 capsules, made in a cGMP facility.
The Supplement Facts panel on the bottle lists the other ingredients and the directions for use.
Before you use it
- High-dose biotin can interfere with many laboratory blood tests, including heart and thyroid tests. Tell your doctor and the laboratory that you take biotin before any blood test.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.

- It is recommended to take this under the supervision of a healthcare provider. For adults 18 and older take one capsule by mouth one to three times daily or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not use if safety seal is not intact
