Certified organic kelp, wild-harvested from the Scottish Outer Hebrides, as a powder with a salty, sea-like taste. It is a very rich source of iodine — about 700–800 mcg per 1 g. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.
How to take it
Follow the label and do not exceed the stated daily dose — too much iodine can disrupt thyroid function.
