Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder – Lemonade, 50 servings
A lemonade-flavoured electrolyte powder with 1,000 mg of potassium in each scoop, plus magnesium, calcium, sodium, chloride and a trace mineral complex. It contains no sugar or maltodextrin and is sweetened with stevia.
Amount per scoop
- Potassium: 1,000 mg
- Magnesium: 120 mg
- Trace mineral complex: 100 mg
- Calcium: 75 mg
- Chloride: 60 mg
- Sodium: 40 mg
Other ingredients include citric acid, lemonade flavour and stevia.
How to use it
Mix one scoop into 450 ml (16 oz) of water. Each container holds 50 servings.
Dr. Berg has changed this formula over time, so the Supplement Facts panel on the container is the reference for the exact amounts.
