My kids take these vitamins every single day, and I have them on auto-delivery, often stocking up. My main drawback is the expense, especially since one bottle only lasts about two weeks. I really hope Dr. Berg considers making a larger 60-count bottle and perhaps including magnesium. This would allow for more consistent delivery schedules and eliminate the need to buy separate magnesium. Although my children don't enjoy the taste, they understand they need to take them for their health – much like taking necessary medicine even if it's unpleasant. I can definitely see positive effects; I believe they are contributing to strong bones and teeth and significantly boosting their immune systems, as they rarely get sick now. As a satisfied customer of other Dr. Berg vitamins (whole food multi, prenatal), I'd also love to see a vitamin specifically for teens and maybe occasional discounts on his products, which can be a bit pricey.
