Centrum Multivitamin for Men is a daily multivitamin and multimineral tablet formulated for men, with 24 micronutrients. They include vitamin D3, vitamin B6 and other B vitamins, vitamins C and E, beta-carotene, magnesium and zinc.
The tablets are coated to make them easy to swallow, and the formula is non-GMO and gluten-free. Each bottle holds 200 tablets.
How to take it
Adults: take one tablet a day with food.
