BioGenesis Super Greens Powder — 200 g
A powder of chlorella, barley grass and wheatgrass with vitamin B12 — useful in plant-based diets, since B12 comes mostly from animal foods. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation and the normal function of the nervous system.
How to take it
Mix two teaspoons (7 g) a day into 250 ml of water, or blend into juice or a smoothie. Start with half the dose for the first week, with enough water.
