Oil of wild, mountain-grown Mediterranean oregano (the P73 blend of Origanum species), high in carvacrol and low in thymol, at three times the standard strength.
How to take it
Adults: one softgel a day with a meal or juice.
Before you use it
- Oregano oil is "hot" — keep away from the eyes and genitals. A warm sensation is normal.
