Available payment methods

1. Online payment via bank cards. We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and AmEx, as well as local cards like Meeza and Mada.

2. Card payment on delivery. Available in selected areas within Greater Cairo. Please confirm with our customer service representative if this option is available in your area. We accept most cards for payment upon delivery.

3. Bank transfer. You can transfer payments to our accounts in banks located in Egypt, the USA, the UK, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Coordinate your bank transfer with our customer service before or after placing your order.

4. Cash on delivery. This option is available in all service areas except under specific circumstances, which will be communicated by our customer service team.

5. Instant transfer via Instapay. Available for payments in Egyptian Pounds only.

6. Multi-currency payments. We accept payments in any currency via cash on delivery, online card payments, card payment on delivery, or bank transfers to any of our accounts.

7. Mobile wallets. Payment is also available through mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, and other bank-linked wallets.
