Returns without the argument

At Veeey, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and satisfaction. As part of this commitment, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy that allows customers to return their purchases within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. To initiate a return, customers must submit their request within the specified timeframe. The following conditions must be met for the product to be eligible for return:

Return conditions

  • The return request must be made within the 14-day period.
  • The product must remain unopened and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped from our facilities.
  • The product must have been stored under appropriate conditions (temperature and humidity).

Return process

  1. Notify our customer service team of your intention to return.

  2. Review the policy and process with our team.

  3. Ship the product back or arrange for a courier collection.

  4. Our operations team will inspect the product upon receipt.

  5. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of inspection.

Usage and results
While we strive to offer products of the highest quality, we cannot be held responsible for the results or side effects. We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with product performance.
If we make an error
We cover all shipping and refund processing costs.
If the return is at your discretion
The customer bears all associated costs.
Short shelf-life products
Products with a discount greater than 25% due to short shelf life are not eligible for return. This is stated on product listings and detail pages, and on invoices and confirmation emails.

Suspected product authenticity

If authenticity is questioned, we verify directly with the manufacturer. If confirmed counterfeit, the customer receives 500% compensation. For more details, please refer to our Original Product Guarantee.

Compensation

Confirmed counterfeit means five times your money back — not a replacement, not a credit note.

Legal note: Article 21 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 stipulates the consumer’s right to replace or return a product and receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt if it has a defect, does not comply with specifications, or is unfit for its intended purpose. The supplier is obliged to fulfil this without any additional costs.
