Opti-Men is Optimum Nutrition's multivitamin for active men. A three-tablet serving provides 75 active ingredients in four blends, including 25 vitamins and essential minerals, 1 g of free-form amino acids, a 100 mg phyto blend and 1,500 IU of vitamin D.
How to take it
Take three tablets a day, all at one meal or spread across meals.
Tablets can crumble if they are kept outside the original bottle in a humid place, so keep them in the closed container.
