Description
OMNi-BiOTiC AB 10 — 30 sachets
A probiotic powder with ten bacterial strains from the Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Enterococcus families, 5 billion CFU per sachet, made to be taken during and after a course of antibiotics.
How to take it
Stir one sachet into a glass of room-temperature water, wait at least a minute, stir again and drink. Take it at least an hour apart from the antibiotic, and continue for two weeks after the course ends.
