Nutrafol Women's Balance is Nutrafol's hair supplement formulated for women aged 45 and over. Each bottle holds 120 capsules: a one-month supply at the serving of four capsules a day.
It is a different product from Nutrafol Women (ages 18–44) and Nutrafol Women's Vegan. Unlike the vegan formula, Women's Balance contains marine collagen, which comes from fish.
What's inside
- Synergen Complex: hydrolyzed marine collagen, saw palmetto, Sensoril® ashwagandha, curcumin (turmeric) and tocotrienols.
- Nutrafol Blend: L-cysteine, L-methionine, L-lysine, horsetail, resveratrol and black pepper extract.
- Vitamins and minerals: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, biotin, zinc and selenium.

How to take it
