Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair, Skin & Nails – 250 coated tablets

An extra-strength formula with 5000 mcg of biotin per serving, together with vitamins C and E, collagen and hyaluronic acid, infused with argan oil. Each bottle holds 250 coated tablets.

Nature's Bounty sells this formula both as coated tablets and as softgels, so the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle is the reference for the serving size and ingredients.

    I’ve only used this for a few days, so it’s too early to see results, but the soft gels are easy to swallow and have a slight natural sweetness. They’re sticky but manageable. Will update later—hoping for the best!
