Each softgel combines 50,000 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) with 200 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7, in virgin coconut oil. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth; vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Before you use it
- 50,000 IU is many times the usual daily amount. Take it only as your doctor prescribes, and count the vitamin D in any other supplement.
- Vitamin K interacts with blood thinners such as warfarin — ask your doctor first.
