Description
Metamucil 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber
Natural psyllium husk, a soluble, gel-forming fibre, as an orange-flavoured powder. Fibre contributes to normal bowel function.
How to take it
Adults and children 12+: stir 1–2 rounded tablespoons into 8 oz of cold water or other cool liquid and drink promptly. Start with one serving a day.
Before you use it
- Take with at least 8 oz of liquid — taking it without enough liquid may cause choking.
- May cause an allergic reaction in people sensitive to psyllium.
- If you take medicine to control blood sugar, ask your doctor first.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
