A plant-based omega-3 liquid for children, with 350 mg of DHA from algae and ALA from organic flaxseed per 2.5 ml serving. DHA is a structural fat in the brain and the retina of the eye.
How to take it
Give 2.5 ml (about half a teaspoon) a day — it mixes well into a smoothie, yoghurt or oatmeal.
