How to take it
One or two capsules just before or during a meal that contains fat. Taken on an empty stomach they may cause mild stomach upset or loose stools.
Before you use it
- Do not use with a blocked bile duct, severe liver disease or acute gallstones.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
