Dr. Berg's L-Theanine Adrenal Support combines 200 mg of L-theanine per capsule with a 385 mg blend of L-tyrosine, ashwagandha root, desiccated adrenal from grass-fed beef, nutritional yeast and licorice root powder, plus small amounts of zinc, copper and manganese.

• Zinc: 0.4 mg
• Copper: 0.03 mg
• Proprietary blend: 385 mg (L-tyrosine, ashwagandha root, desiccated adrenal, nutritional yeast, licorice root powder)

How to take it
