How to take it
As the label directs, ideally with a light meal, not together with high-fibre bran or spinach.
Before you use it
- Calcium can reduce the absorption of some antibiotics (tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones) and thyroid medicines — keep them apart.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
