Description
Bio Nutrition CardioSterol — 180 softgels
Plant sterol esters (phytosterols), 1.5 g a day, dissolved in fish oil with mixed tocopherols. Plant sterols are structurally similar to cholesterol.
How to take it
One softgel with each of your three main meals — it needs to be taken with food.
Before you use it
- Plant sterols can slightly reduce the absorption of vitamins A and E and beta-carotene — take a multivitamin at a different time of day.
- If you take cholesterol medicine, speak to your doctor — do not stop a prescribed medicine.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
