Each tablet contains 600 mg of calcium as calcium carbonate and 800 IU of vitamin D3, with magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese. Calcium and vitamin D are needed for the maintenance of normal bones.
How to take it
One tablet up to twice a day with a meal (calcium carbonate is best absorbed with food), or as your doctor directs.
Before you use it
