A freeze-dried probiotic yeast, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745. As a yeast rather than a bacterium, it is not killed by antibiotics.
How to take it
Adults: 1–2 capsules twice a day. Children: 1 capsule once or twice a day; for children under 6, open the capsule into water, milk or soft food. Do not mix with very hot, iced or alcoholic drinks.
