Vitamin A as retinyl palmitate in extra virgin olive oil, as drops for people who prefer not to swallow capsules. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, normal skin and mucous membranes, and normal immune function.
How to take it
Adults: 2 drops (2,500 IU) a day, in water or food or under the tongue. Children: ask your paediatrician.
Before you use it
- Pregnancy: high doses of vitamin A (over 10,000 IU) can harm a developing baby. Do not exceed 2 drops a day without medical advice if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
