How to take it
Adults: one or two capsules at bedtime with a full glass of water, for up to 15 days in a row. Do not repeat for at least 6–8 weeks.
Before you use it
- Contains cascara sagrada. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhoea, loose stools or abdominal pain.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use.
- Keep out of reach of children.
