Return & Refund Policy

To guarantee safe shopping experience, we offer our customers hassle-free return policy.

In case there is a problem with the order, or wrong products shipped, or shipped products are not as description, the return process is free and allowed for 14 days.
In case the customer changed mind and wanted to return the products without any problem, client is free to return it in 48 hours from receiving order but he/she should pay shipping fees.
In all return cases, order value will be transferred to client using original payment method or method of select based on client address and order date. In most cases, money return will take 2-5 days after receiving the order.
Products sold internationally are not eligible for return at any circumistance.
To return any product it must be in its original status, closed, sealed and unused.
Products sold for big discounts over 25% due to short expiry are not eligble to return in all cases.
